We represent clients in daily commercial and residential real estate sales and lease transactions. To facilitate the closing of your property, our office has a separate escrow department which insures your transactions are handled in a smooth and efficient manner. The firms expertise extends to complex real estate development, zoning, hazardous waste, timber, environmental law, land use matters, and section 1031 real estate exchanges. Our firm has implemented a procedure which allows condominium conversions using FHA/VA financing. The firm regularly represents real estate owners, landlords, sellers, purchasers, developers, brokers and sales persons, and has extensive experience in the litigation of disputes arising out of leases, real estate transactions, and land title issues. We also assist clients in preparing new condominiums as well as condominium conversion work and as well as provide assistance to clients in obtaining preliminary and final plat approval, including the preparation of protective covenants and homeowners association documents. We also provide assistance to homeowners associations, both condominium and non-condominium types, including enforcement of protective covenants, condominium provisions, and collection of delinquent assessments and dues, as well as provide other advice as it relates to the governance in homeowners associations.
