Billing and Fees

The expense of legal service is a concern to clients, as well as our attorneys. We believe in delivering efficient, high-quality legal services at a reasonable cost and strive to manage each client’s legal matters in order to achieve the best possible result at a fee commensurate with the circumstances. In personal injury cases, the arrangements are usually based on a contingent fee agreement which allows the client to retain the attorney with the only obligation to pay for costs if there is no recovery. For other legal matters, we discuss with the client at the first visit the amount of the attorney fee to be charged, as well as the terms of the payment.
